Becoming European Ecocitizens

Saving Earth is the most important social awareness which everyone must know about to bring some positive changes on our planet. We want our students to become our future BEES, the sentinels of our planet. Climate is getting worse and worse. The contribution of mankind plays a great role in turning this nature event into a disaster. We are 6 schools around Europe which are very well aware of the negative effects of environmental problems and came together to create a partnership on the topic.

Planting trees in San Severo, Italy

Istituto Secondario di Primo Grado Petrarca Padre Pio San Severo designed a beautiful activity with the students of the Erasmus BEE project (Becoming European Ecocitizens). With the help of prof. Germano they have created a raised bed for their aromatic plants typical of the area. Then with prof. Antonio Sciscioli prof. Maria Centuori and prof. Solimando they planted the first BEE tree, an orange.
