Erasmus Days

We organised online meetings and environmental programs on Erasmus Days every Oct throughout the project.

We greeted each other online, sending nice messages, we were dancing and singing to learn about other nations' culture and traditions.

Learn about our forests

Our Turkish parnters went to the University of Forest Department and visited its wildlife museum to learn about its flora and fauna. The professor of Forest Engineering gave useful information about forest, forest fires and the consequences to the environment.

 Report

BEE

Our students, as a first activity for the ERASMUS BEE project, have participated in a contest to choose the best logo for the project.

They have participated actively in the online activities between the 21st December and the 7th June with the students from Italy and Hungary. During the online activities the students and teachers presented videos and games about our country, our region and our school.

We have promoted some activities to celebrate The Earth Day and the Tree Day to call people’s attention to the planet and ocean’s preservation.

We planted some flowers in vases next to the Aljustrel Secondary School entry. This way we were able to bring nature and beauty to our school.

All the activities were developed by teachers with the active and enthusiastic participation of many students.

During this school year all the mobilities have been postponed due to the   COVID-19 situation.

Adopting a BEE family

The Italian Eco Club members decided to adopt a BEE family in the organic garden of the Nuove Moretto organic farm to support bee-keeping that focuses on sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.

The Italian school adopted beehives in 2022 too. They followed their life by an application that give us data, info and videos as well as photos. And in december honey :)

Covid Times

During the first year of the project we had to find some alternatives how to start meetings and cooperation. We agreed on online meetings of two countries. We had the opportunity to meet all participants. Apart from having fun, we worked on environmental issues using different games and applications. Here is a short video on some memorable events: https://youtu.be/hnDstdG1JoQ
